Precarn is conveniently located on Carling Avenue at the Queensway (Highway 417).
Precarn is located in the Carling Executive Park at 1525 Carling Avenue, Suite 510. This is the first building as you travel west on Carling Avenue.
Directions to Precarn from:
Montreal (2 hours)
Travel west on autoroute 40 OUEST. (Follow 40 Quest all the way to the Autoroute 40 Quest becomes Highway 417 West when you cross in to the Province of Ontario.)
Follow Highway 417 to Ottawa.
Take the CARLING AVENUE exit – EXIT 124 toward KIRKWOOD AVE.
Turn slight right onto CARLING AVE.
End at the CARLING EXECUTIVE PARK, the address is 1525 Carling Avenue.
Toronto (5 hours)
Take HIGHWAY 401 East.
Take the HWY-416 North exit (number 721A) toward KEMPTVILLE/OTTAWA.
Take the HWY-417 East exit toward OTTAWA.
Take the CARLING AVENUE exit – EXIT 124 toward KIRKWOOD AVE.
Stay STRAIGHT to go onto CARLING AVE (East)- and immediately merge to the left most lane on Carling Ave East.
Turn almost immediately LEFT onto KIRKWOOD AVE.
Turn LEFT onto CARLING AVE (West) after driving under the 417 overpass.
End at the CARLING EXECUTIVE PARK, the address is 1525 Carling Avenue.
Ottawa International Airport (15 minutes)
On Exiting the Ottawa Airport on AIRPORT PARKWAY PVT which becomes AIRPORT PKWY.
AIRPORT PKWY becomes BRONSON AVE.
Turn LEFT onto RAYMOND ST.
Turn SLIGHT LEFT to take the HWY-417 West ramp.
Take the CARLING AVE. exit- EXIT 124- toward AV. KIRKWOOD / KIRKWOOD.
Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto CARLING AVE.
End at the CARLING EXECUTIVE PARK, the address is 1525 Carling Avenue.
Canada’s Parliament - Downtown Ottawa (8 minutes)
Take WELLINGTON ST toward BAY ST.
Turn LEFT (South) onto LYON STREET North.
Turn SLIGHT LEFT to take the HWY-417 West on ramp.
Take the CARLING AVENUE exit – EXIT 124 toward KIRKWOOD AVE.
Turn slight right onto CARLING AVE.
End at the CARLING EXECUTIVE PARK, the address is 1525 Carling Avenue.
