NetPal: Dynamic Knowledge Bases for Administration of Networked Environments
The goal of this project is to develop a system that will dramatically decrease administration overhead for networked hosting environments - improving net profit for medium and large-scale Internet service providers. By using a self-learning, dynamic knowledge base that monitors network downtime events, the system will be able to intelligently present knowledge for corrective actions to network administrators.
